I have stapled these canvases up in my back studio. They barely fit on
my biggest wall. Even though the canvas was pre-gessoed, I added another
tinted coat. |

I have marked off the grid pattern, and marked the face of the canvas,
(as opposed to the portion that gets wrapped around the stretcher bars).
Again, I don't have a straight edge long enough, so I snapped chalk
lines. |
|

I had to tape off the inside border because I kept getting confused
about how to orient the drawing in the correct space. |

First one gets painted, 10:30 pm Saturday night. |
|

6:30 am, painting in my nightgown, already accomplished a lot for a
Sunday morning! |

3:00pm |

3:00pm - taking a break |

6:30 pm This one is finished except for the shadows under the fruit. |
|

6:30 pm, Got a good start today. I have backgrounds and shadows left to
do and I'm done.
|

I only worked on this part of the day. But it's about finished now, 8:30
pm Monday night |

I will go back tomorrow and do touch-ups. And adjust values in the
shadows some. Overall I'm happy. |

|
Finished! 8:00 am Tuesday morning
The pictures aren't that great, because I can't get
far enough away to take it head on. This is the order they will be
installed. The canvas will be wrapped around deep stretchers. I will get
final approval from my client before I varnish and take them off the
wall.
Update: Paintings have been approved by client,
signed and delivered.
